Ingredients
1-3/4 to 2-1/4 flour1 pack Pizza Crust Yeast
1-1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup very warm water (120-130F)
3 tbsp oil

Instructions
1. Preheat 425F.2. Combine 1 cup flour undissolved yeast, sugar, salt.
3. Mix in water, oil. Well blend.
4. Add flour gradually until soft tacky dough ball.
5. Knead till smooth and elastic.
6. Flour hands. Shape. Add toppings.
7. Bake on bottom rack 10-15 min until bubbly cheese.
