Pineapple Upside-Down
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar / sugar (color choice)3 tbsp butter
little pineapple juice to thin, if needed
Pineapples 21oz can
Cherries, nuts, etc.
Swiss roll cake 2 portion
Instructions
1. Simmer brown sugar, butter until thickens. Pour as bottom layer.2. Layer pineapples, etc.
3. Pour cake batter.
4. Bake till done. Cool. Flip over.
