Ingredients
Ingredients:4 pieces yam
150 gram tapioca flour (you can use corn flour as well)
1/2 tsp salt
Sweet Soup:
250 gram palm sugar
200 cc coconut milk (I used Kara)
2 sheets pandanus leave
1 ltr water
Instructions
Directions :Steam yam until soft (you can use pressure cooker), softened.
Mix yam and tapioca flour until thoroughly combined.
Make dough become a little round/ball form. Do it until the dough finish.
Boiled water, then add sugar, stir well. Add the ball yam doughs one by one and boil until the ball floats.
