Mexican Turkey Sloppy Joes (Cooking for Two)
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS1cup cooked drained ground turkey
1tablespoon Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
1/2cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
1/2cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (2 oz)

Makes: 4 sandwiches
DIRECTIONS
1 Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, mix turkey, taco seasoning mix and salsa. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. 2 Separate or cut each can of dough into fourths (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal). Spoon turkey mixture onto one end of each rectangle; sprinkle with cheese. Fold dough over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. 3 Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
