Tamarind Dipping sauce
Ingredients
3 large chopped scallions1/3 C Tamarind concentrate
1/3 C water
¼ C soy sauce
½ TB corn starch
½ TB brown sugar or more to taste
½ TB red chili sauce to taste
Instructions
Bring to boil then turn off. Sauce should be semi thick, tangy sweet with a spicy kick. Adjust anything to make it right for you.I serve this with eggrolls, wings and even nuggets.
