High protein healthy cookies
Ingredients
3 C instant oatmeal2 C peanut butter
4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
2 T brown sugar splenda
1 T vanilla
1/4 C splenda
1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
In bowl mash bananas. Add rest of wet ingredients and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. If too runny, gradually add more oatmeal until a nice scoop able consistency.With small cookie batter scoop, scoop onto Pam sprayed foiled cookie sheet.
Bake 20 mins 350.
Makes approx. 60 cookies.
