Ritzy Chicken
Ingredients
2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
1 can cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 deboned cooked chicken
1 stick of melted butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp of sazon veggie seasoning,unsalted
1 tsp of salt n pepper
Instructions
Crumble one sleeve of Ritz crackers in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix chopped or shredded chicken with soup, sour cream, and broth and seasonings. Pour over crackers. Crush the remaining sleeve of crackers over the chicken mixture. Drizzle the melted butter over the crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. I served with mashed potatoes and a veggie. Sooo hot and yummy.
