Low Carb Chia Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries2 tablespoons Pyure All Purpose or 1/4 cup Swerve
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon sugar free vanilla extract
Instructions
Add frozen raspberries, sweetener, and water into small saucepan.2.Bring raspberry mixture to a boil then reduce heat to simmer.
3.Stir in chia seeds and simmer for about 15 minutes or until thickened.
4.Remove from heat and add vanilla.
5.Allow to cool. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
Makes about 28 tablespoons
