Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Ingredients
•3/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and husked•3 tbsp nut oil (or avocado oil)
•3 tbsp cocoa powder
•2 tbsp powdered Swerve Sweetener
•1/2 tsp vanilla extract
•Pinch salt
Instructions
1.In a food processor or high powered blender, grind hazelnuts until finely ground and beginning to clump together.2.Add oil and continue to grind until nuts smooth out into a butter. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
Notes
Serves 6. Each serving has 4.74 g of carbs and 2.72 g of fiber. Total NET CARBS = 2.02 g.
