LOW CARB CHILI RELENOS QUICHE
Ingredients
1 1/2 C Monterey Jack Cheese8 Poblano Peppers
5 eggs
2 cups milk equivalent
1/2 salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika
Instructions
Mix all but cheese and peppersPrep poblanos and lay in bottom of pan alternating between peppers and cheese.
Pour egg and milk mixture over all.
Place pan in water bath.
Bake 350 35-40 mins.
