My own homemade s/f brownies
sugar free and lower carb
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup olive oil/butter/coconut oil
1/2 Tbsp instant coffee granules
1/2 brown sugar Splenda
1/2 Cup Splenda
1/2 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
1 Cup almond flour
1/2 Cup A/P flour
1/2 to 1 Cup Chocolate sugar free chips
S/F caramel sauce for drizzling
InstructionsMix all wet ingredients first and mix well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add chocolate chips and fold in gently.
Pour into greased 9x9 pan.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top and drizzle caramel sauce on top
BAKE 350 25 mins
Let cool completely. Should be ooey gooey and that's the way you want it!
