Low Carb Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese1 cup butter
1 cup unsweetened peanut butter (add 1/4 tsp salt if unsalted)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;.
1 cup Sukrin Melis or Swerve Confectioners
1 teaspoon Better Stevia powder
1/2 cup (80 g) Isopure unflavored whey protein
Instructions
Line a 9x9 square pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.2.In saucepan over medium heat, melt cream cheese and butter together.
3.Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
4.Remove from heat and add remaining ingredient. Blend with electric mixer until well combined.
5.Pour fudge into prepared pan and spread out evenly.
6.Chill in refrigerator until set.
