BBQ Chicken wings
Ingredients1 bottle honey BBQ sauce
3-4 lbs chicken wings
1 C apple cider vinegar
1 C water
1 large roaster pan
1 large baking sheet
InstructionsPlace frozen chicken wings in roaster pan and pour in cider and water. Cover and bake 350 for 1 hour and then drop down to 250 for 3 hours.
Remove wings to flat baking sheet and coat with bbq sauce. Bake 350 15 minutes and then coat again baking another 15 mins. Coat 1 more time and bake 15 more minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 15 minutes.
Wings will be fall off the bone good.
Use this same method for ribs/steak/pork etc.
If raw and not frozen, bake 4 hours on 250. Low and slow plus vinegar = fall off the bone tender.
