Honey Dijon crumb topped Salmon
Ingredients6 salmon filets
1/2 cup honey Dijon mustard
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
salt n pepper
InstructionsHeat oven 400
Spray non-stick spray on aluminum covered cookie sheet.
Place filets on sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Coat filets with honey Dijon mustard
In small bowl, mix melted butter and crumbs until mixed well.
Sprinkle buttered crumbs over salmon and press on top to coat well. I like my coating pretty thick.
Bake for approx. 25 mins or until salmon is flakey.
