Basic Yellow Cake with Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups S/R Flour1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup splenda
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup butter milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 box lemon pudding , or your favorite pudding
Instructions
Set oven to 350Mix wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Bake 350 until done. I usually check on my cakes about 25-35 minutes or until the cake smells done and looks done. You can always insert a knife in the center to check for doneness.
