No Bake Protein Bars
Ingredients
2 C Oat Meal1 C Protein Powder
1/4 C Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 C Cranberries
1/4 C Sliced Almonds
1/4 C Honey
1/4 C Almond/soy/or reg milk
1/4 C Apple Sauce
1/4 C 70% Dark Chocolate
1/2 Tbspn Cinnamon
1/2 Tspn Vanilla
Instructions
Mix dryHeat Wet for 30 sec or until melted.
Mix all together.
Press into pam sprayed 8x8 container.
Refrigerate.
Cut into 6-8 pieces.
