Chinese Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
4 lbs diced chicken thighs1 green bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 pint mushrooms sliced
4 T teriyaki sauce
4 T soy sauce
2 T agave
1 T rice wine vinegar
1 T Siracha hot sauce
1 T fish sauce
1/2 T corn starch for thickening
2 T bacon fat
Instructions
Put everything in the pot except corn starch and cook on med low. Adjust seasonings to taste. Stirring every now and then. Add starch last and continue to reduce until sauce is thick and yummie.Serve with garlic mashed cauliflower.
