Basic Coconut Flour Cookies

Ingredients3/4 cup coconut flour, sifted
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup Swerve sweetener
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon almond milk
1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract
InstructionsStir together coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
2.In separate bowl, beat butter and coconut oil together; add sweetener and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, almond milk, and vanilla; beat well.
3.Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, beating until well combined.
4.Scoop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet or silicon mat and flatten out to desired thickness.
5.Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until edges start to brown.
