Swedish Meatballs over Egg Noodles.
Ingredients1 large Great Value Bag of Precooked Meatballs.
1 large bag Great Value egg noodles.
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pkg Cream Cheese
3-5 chopped fresh white button mushroom.
InstructionsWhile water is coming to a boil.
Pan fry frozen meatballs until browned. About 10-15 mins on med heat.
Add 1/2 of hot water every now and then as you fry to steam fry and help meatballs to get done.
Add soup and 2 cups hot water along with mushrooms and continue to cook.
Boil pasta for 7 mins in rapid boiling water tell just barely tender.
Add pasta to meat mixture along with 1 cup of pasta water.
Add more pasta water as needed for sauce. The pasta will begin to gunk up quickly if there is not a lot of moisture.
Cover and let simmer on low until its all cooked through. Salt and pepper to taste.
