Ingredients1 2lb bag swai fillets thawed and drained
1 small bottle ranch dressing
1 1/2 C bread crumbs
salt n pepper fish to taste
olive oil or butter
InstructionsSpray glass pan.
Lay fillets in pan and salt and pepper lightly.
Pour dressing over fish.
Sprinkle bread crumb mix over dressing.
Drizzle olive oil or butter over crumb mixture.
Bake uncovered 40 mins
