MY PICADILLO
Ingredients
2LB ground chuck or better1 TB cumin, cinnamon, oregano, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic, paprika, brown sugar Splenda.
1/3 cup craisins. (dried cranberries)
2 chopped bananas
2 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped tomato
1 or 2 cans of tomato sauce
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup chopped celery
1 small jar of olive 1/2 drained.
1 small jar of sliced pickled jalapeños drained.
Instructions
Stir fry all together. Taste for likeness. Serve hot over rice or fried cabbage.Note: Now that were watching our rice and pasta intake, I now fry chopped cabbage in my picadillo as a ONE POT MEAL.
