Buttermilk Coconut Chess pie sugar free
Ingredients1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup swerve
1/2 cup self rising flour
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup coconut flakes
InstructionsMix together, then sprinkle coconut on top, then bake in greased pie pan 350 for 30 mins.
I have cheated b4 and used canola oil and butter buds when I didn't feel like using melted butter.
