Buttermilk Coconut Chess pie sugar free
Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk3/4 cup swerve
1/2 cup self rising flour
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
½ cup coconut flakes
Instructions
Mix together, then sprinkle coconut on top, then bake in greased pie pan 350 for 30 mins.I have cheated b4 and used canola oil and butter buds when I didn't feel like using melted butter.
