Homemade Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients◾3/4 Cup sugar
◾1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
◾1/2 tsp. salt
◾1- 15 oz. can pumpkin (Or fresh pumpkin)
◾1 1/4 Cup. evaporated milk
◾2 -eggs (beaten)
◾1- Frozen deep-dish pie crust
Instructions1.Pre Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2.In large bowl, mix all filling ingredients.
3.Pour into pie crust.
4.Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees
5.Bake 40 to 50 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
6.Let cool for a hour or two. Serve or refrigerate until serving time.
