Fresh Blueberry Coffee Cake
Ingredients
3 C Self Rising flour1 C Splenda
3/4 C sugar
1 t vanilla
1 t almond extract
1/2 C butter
1/2 C canola oil
2 large eggs
1 C buttermilk
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
3 C fresh blueberries
Topping
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C flour
1/2 T cinnamon
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 stick butter, melted for drizzle
Instructions
Put oven on 350Grease 13x9 cake pan with spray
Beat cream cheese and sugars till creamy. Add rest of wet ingredients until smooth. Slowly add flour.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan and spread around. Sprinkle berries over that and add 1/2 of your topping mixture. Add remaining batter and top with topping mixture. Drizzle with last 1/2 of melted butter. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
