Italian Wedding Soup Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey broken up4 carrots diced
3 stalks celery diced
1 onion diced
1 bag frozen spinach
2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp tarragon
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp oregano
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
salt n pepper to taste
12 cups water
1 box bow tie pasta
Instructions
Coat bottom of pot with Olive Oil.Add turkey and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add veggies and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Add water and seasonings and bring up to boil. Boil for a few minutes and drop down to low and cover. Cook for a hour on low or until veggies are tender.
Bring soup up to boil and add pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and then drop back down to low and let simmer and absorb.
Serve with garlic bread and parmesan cheese on top of soup.
If you don't add the pasta, then its still a delicious soup.
