Meatballs and mashed "faux" potato stroganoff
Ingredients1 large bag frozen original meatballs
1 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 bags of frozen cauliflower
1/2 C water
1 T salt, pepper, garlic, parsley flakes
1/2 pk cream cheese
InstructionsSpray non stick cooking spray into pressure cooker.
Chop onion and toss in pot along with everything else.
Secure lid, and select the soup/stew button.
Let pressure cooker release on it's own. Which is about 30 mins after the buzzer goes off.
If you can't wait that long, release pressure and open.
Stir until creamy. Add more seasonings as needed.
