Icebox Coconut cream pie
Ingredients
1pkg cream cheese1 tub cool whip
1 small box French vanilla sugar free pudding
1 graham cracker pie crust.
1/4 cup splenda
1 can coconut milk
coconut extract
1/2 cup sweetened coconut
Instructions
Microwave cream cheese in bowl till soft. About 40 seconds.Add box of pudding, coconut milk, splenda and beat well.
Mix in coconut and add extract to taste.
Poor into pie crust.
Add coconut extract to tub of cool whip to taste.
Top pie with cool whip and let set for 2 hours before serving.
