Pumpkin Crunch Cake
Ingredients
1 15oz. can pumpkin1 12oz. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spices
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 C. melted butter
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into greased 9×13 pan.Sprinkle cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture and pour melted butter over top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
