Chicken and lemon herb soup low carb
Ingredients2 large can's chicken breast in water
2 C celery
1 large onion
2 diced carrot
1 large lemon
3 T olive oil
1 T salt and pepper
1 T turmeric
1 T paprika
2 T parsley flakes
1 can cream of chicken
1 pint sliced white button mushrooms
5-7 cups water
InstructionsSpray pressure cooker inner pot.
Press soup/stew button.
Add everything listed and secure lid.
Allow to depressurize on it's own, which is about 30 mins after buzzer goes off.
Remove lid and check for doneness and flavor.
Note: Don't drain chicken. The liquid is broth.
Note: After you have added everything, make sure doesn't go past line inside pot for proper pressurization.
