Basically, I was supposed to make my husband a homemade apple pie and the apples were too expensive. So I bought a can of fried apples in sauce at cash savers for a dollar. I already had butter cookies on hand because I like to nibble on them with my coffee sometimes. I always have cream cheese, pudding and cool whip on hand in case I want to make a sugar free goodie.
This is my husbands new favorite pie. It was so rich and appley good.
