Kuchen
Ingredients
Mix:1 pkg yeast
1/4 c sugar
2 tsp salt
1 c flour
Heat:
3/4 c milk
1/2 c water
2 tbsp margarine
Instructions
Heat until warm then add to dry mixture and beat 2 minutes. Add 1/2 c of flour, 1 egg and beat 2 minutes. Add rest of flour and knead 10 minutes and let rise. Divide dough for three 8" pans and press out on bottom. Top with fruit and let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes.CREAM TOPPING:
1 c cream
3/4 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
Cook this until thick and let cool. Cover Kuchen when warm.
