Ingredients

1 stick margarine
3 oz semi sweet chocolate
2 c powdered sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Instructions

Melt margarine and chocolate in microwave. Add powered sugar and evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil in microwave. Stir and bring to a boil again. A 2 qt measuring cup works well.
