1 c sugar
1/2 c white vinegar
1/2 c water
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cronstarch (mixed in 1 tbsp water)

Instructions

Mix all together and cook until think. Serve with egg rolls.
