Hamburger Soup
Ingredients
1 lb hamburger2 (11.5 oz) cans tomato juice (rinse out w/a little water and add to soup)
1 c diced potatoes
1 c diced celery
1 (14.5 oz) can of tomatoes (rinse out w/a little water and add to soup)
2 tsp salt
5 c water
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c diced carrots
1/4 c rice (uncooked)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning Sauce
1 heaping tbsp sugar
1 tsp Watkins Soup and Vegetable seasoning
Instructions
Crumble ground beef and place inkettle. Brown if desired. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve.I think it's better if it sits a day in refrig before eating.
