Tomato Casserole

Ingredients
3 - 1 lb cans of stewed tomatoes including juice8 pieces of toasted bread, cut into cubes
One small/medium onion, grated
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
Salt and pepper
Layer in lightly greased casserole:
Bread cubes
Grated onion
Stewed tomatoes, cut up in large slices
One cup of brown sugar, sprinkled on top
