Hot Fudge Sauce #2
Ingredients
1 stick margarine
3 sq. baking chocolate - unsweetened
3 c sugar
1 (13oz) can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Melt Margarine and Choc. Stir in sugar gradually (it may seem like too much but it will eventually be absorbed inot chocolate. Add evaporated milk & vanilla. Cook until all sugar is melted and mixture is smooth. Can run through blender for a few seconds. Makes about 1 quart.
