Caramel Apple Pie
Ingredients
1/2 c sugar3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
salt
6 c apples, sliced
Topping:
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 c quick oats
1/2 c butter, soft
Instructions
Mix together apples, spices, sugar, flour. Pat out pie crust in pie pan. Add apple mixture.Blend together topping ingredients and put on top of apples, Bake 375 degrees, 50-55 min. While hot top with 1/2 c pecans and 1/4 c caramel topping.
Served at a Kenwood potluck. It was delicious.
