Peanut Butter Bars and Frosting
Ingredients
2/3 c peanut butter1 butter or margarine
1 c sugar
1c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 c oatmeal
Instructions
Cream the first four ingredients. Stir in eggs and vanilla.Mix flour, baking soda and salt together and add to first mixture. Pour into jelly roll pan. Don't grease the pan. Bake 30-35 min. At 350 degrees. Cool and frost.
Frosting:
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 c peanut butter
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/4 c milk or cream.
Mix ingredients and beat thoroughly, then spread on cooled bars.
