Rhubarb Dream dessert

Ingredients
2 cup flour8 tbsp powdered sugar
3/4 cup margarine
1-1&1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tsp orange peel, fresh is best
7 cups rhubarb, finely chopped
Instructions
Mix flour with powdered sugar and margarine. Blend and press into 11x17" pan. Set aside. Place rhubarb over crust.Mix together other ingredients and pour over top of the rhubarb and crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. To reduce calories cut powdered sugar in half in the crust. Use sugar twin in egg mixture.
As rhubarb season progresses, U.S. Up to 1&1/2 cups sugar twin in the egg mixture.
