Apple Pie Filling (Ia Farmer)

Ingredients

6-8 c apples
1 c sugar
2 heaping tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a bowl and pour mixture into bottom pie shell. Dot with 2 tbsp butter and place top dough over, cut off extra and crimp edges. Put aluminum foil around edges and bake 50 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
