Wild Rice Casserole from Iowa Farmer Today
This lady served this with Thanksgiving Dinner every year.
Ingredients
2 pkgs wild rice (long grain Uncle Ben's)2 c celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 stick Margarine
1 can beef broth
1 - 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 4 oz can mushrooms AND juice
Pepper, if desired
Instructions
Prepare the rice according to directions, using water and butter for on,y 1 pkg of rice.Add the other ingredients. Place into 9 x 13" casserole dish.
Bake 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Add water if it gets too dry.
