Raspberry Salad
Ingredients
2 small pkgs red raspberry jello
2 c hot water
2 pkgs frozen raspberries
2 c applesauce
1 small carton sour cream
15 marshmallows (cut fine)
1 c whipping cream (whipped)
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Dissolve jello in hot water, and add raspberries and applesauce. Pour in 9x13" dish. Chill until set. combine sour cream, marshmallows, whipping cream, and vanilla. Let set overnight. Either spread on top or spoon on Jello at time of serving.
