Mom's Pie Crust
Ingredients
1 c flour2 tbsp lard or shortening
3 tbsp cold water
Instructions
Using pie crust blender, blend four and lard. Add water. Roll out dough and place in pan. Bake at 425 degrees until pastry is golden, 10-12 minutes. (Makes single crust)Cinnamon Stixs
Sprinkle leftover pie dough with cinnamon and sugar to taste, roll up and bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees until golden.
