Creme de Menthe dessert
Ingredients
1/2 lb chocolate wafers, crushed1/4 c melted butter
Filling:
1/4 c creme de Menthe
1 qt vanilla ice cream
1 pt lime sherbet
1, 8 oz carton cool whip
Top layer:
1 bar German chocolate
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp butter
Walnuts to taste
Instructions
Mix wafers and butter together. Pat into a 9"x13" pan.Mix filling ingredients except walnuts until smooth. Put filling over crust in pan. Freeze.
Mix and heat top layer ingredients. Heat to a boil. Let cool very well and put on top of filling.
Sprinkle with walnuts. Keep in freezer.
