Tomato sauce for Veggie Soup
Ingredients
20 tomatoes4 onions
2 green peppers
1/2 c parsley
4 carrots, shredded
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Chop veggies.Place in large Dutch over or soup kettle
Simmer 30 minutes and cool
Put in blender to purée and freeze.
I use a large container for veggie soup.
Can use in spaghetti sauce or with chili.
