Rhubarb Crisp
Ingredients
4 c cut up rhubarb
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 c brown sugar
1 c flour
1/4 lb margarine
Instructions
Combine rhubarb, sugar and lemon juice in 9x9" glass dish. Mix brown sugar, flour and margarine until crumbly. sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake in microwave oven 13-15 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Turn dish every 3-5 minutes. Serve warm or cold or with whipped cream or ice cream.
