Jim's mom always made this at Christmasas he and his dad loved peanuts!

Ingredients

1 c sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
salt
1 - 1 1/2 c raw peanuts (approx. 20 oz pkg)

1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda

Instructions

Grease cookie sheet - set aside.

Use 2 quart bowl. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Stir in peanuts. Microwave 2-5 more ninutes until syrup & peanuts are browned.

Quickly stir in margarine, vanilla and soda. Pour on cookie sheet. Cool and break into pieces.
