Mom's Meatloaf
Ingredients
2 eggs3/4 c milk
2/3 c finely crushed saltines
1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
dash pepper
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 c catsup
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage & pepper. Add beef & mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. (Reserve 1/3 of sauce) Pour over top of meatloaf Bake @ 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until no pink remains; drain. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.
