Buns
Ingredients
Dissolve 1 pkg dry yeast in 1/2 c warm water.2 c potato water
1 c mashed potatoes
2 tbsp salt
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c shortening (melted)
2 eggs (beaten)
8 c flour
Instructions
Keep dough as soft as possible. Let rise about 5 hours. Put in pans and let rise double in size before baking. This recipe makes 1 dozen large buns.Keystone Auxillary cookbook
