French Pancakes (crepes) from Iowa Farmer Today

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg (beaten)
Milk to thin
Instructions
Mix ingredients and add enough milk so batter is thin enough to barely coat the back of a spoon.Pour into skillet and swirl around until the batter coats the entire bottom of the skillet. When the edges start to curl, flip and cook on the other side until done.

We had these all the time at Grandma Hennings and Mom made them. We only used butter and syrup and then rolled them to eat.
